Hero XPulse 200 4V Launched In Nepal; Rally Kit Announced, Launch Soon

The Hero XPulse 200 managed to gain a lot of traction in Nepal amongst budding adventure motorcyclists looking for a sensible purchase. Capable and with a price tag that wouldn't break the bank, the XPulse garnered a lot of attention. Now, NGM Hero, the sole authorised distributor for Hero MotorCorp in Nepal, has introduced the Hero XPulse 200 4V at an attractive price of Rs 4,50,000.The new Hero XPulse 200 4V comes with subtle design changes and the introduction of a 4-valve engine, making 6% more power and 5% added torque, thereby ensuring extra power across the mid and top-end speed range as well as reducing vibrations at high speeds, says the company.

Hero MotoCorp is also organising its XTrials riding experience in Kathmandu. The event provides riders an opportunity to experience the most accessible adventure bike - XPulse 200 4V – in a specially-curated thrilling off-road zone. The event will be hosted at Sallaghari Ground, Bhaktapur on April 3-6, 2022. Alongside XTrails, the company is also hosting an Exchange carnival for its customers.

Hero XPulse 200 4V: Engine and FeaturesThe new XPulse 200 4v new comes with a 200cc BSVI 4-Valve Oil Cooled Engine, that offers 19.1 PS @ at 8500 RPM and torque of 17.35 Nm @ 6500rpm, making 6% more power and 5% added torque, thereby ensuring extra power across the mid and top-end speed range. Along with an updated oil cooling system, the new XPulse 200 4v also gets an improved seat profile and upgraded LED headlights.It continues to boast segment-first features such as a fully digital LCD instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity and call alerts, Turn-by-Turn navigation, Gear indicator, Eco Mode and two Trip meters and single-channel ABS as a standard offering.Hero XPulse 200 4V: SuspensionThe XPulse 200 4V features long suspension travel –190mm front and 170mm rear along with 21” front and 18” rear spoke wheels. It is also equipped with an aluminum skid plate that protects the engine, new toothed brake pedal for maximum grip and control, and an upswept exhaust. The dual-purpose tyres, 10-step adjustable mono-shock suspension, an accessible seat height of 825mm and high ground clearance of 220mm continues to make the XPulse 200 a well-rounded package in its segment.Hero XPulse 200 4V: Rally KitHero Motocorp has also introduced the rally kit for the XPulse 200. The rally kit takes the Xpulse 200 to a whole new level with many purposeful additions. Scheduled to be launched soon, the rally kit comprises of a front fully-adjustable telescopic fork with 250mm stroke and a fully adjustable 10-step rear mono shock with 220 mm stroke.The Rally Kit could also get the flat ‘bench’ seat, handlebar risers, increased ground clearance of 275mm, rally tyres by Maxxis, a longer side stand and an extended gear lever to accommodate off-road style boots.Hero XPulse 200 4V: ColorsThe XPulse 200 4V is available in three new color options – Matte Nexus Blue, Polestar Blue, and Sports Red.Hero XPulse 200 4V: RivalsThe new XPulse 200 4V rivals the likes of the Honda XR190L, Motorhead MH200X and the upcoming Honda CB200X.
